Random Noises Empty Random Noises

Whenever I'm watching a video, or on this site in general, I occasionally hear a noise like a leaky faucet is dripping. Also, when a video is playing, it will sometimes make a high-pitched beeping noise. These things don't interfere with the videos, but they're REALLY annoying! Evil or Very Mad

Has anyone else had these problems? Does anyone know how to fix them?
Please help me! And thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

The leaky faucet sound might be the chat thats going on on the left side of the site, press the mute button to stop it. The high pitch noise happens only on high quality so just watch normal hope that helps
