Why doesn't DBZ episode 8 respond after downloading?

I'm afraid I will need a bit more info on that
1)which media player are you using
2)do you have all the codec packs required
3)what is the file extension of the video file is it .avi .mp4 etc.......
from this info I can only tell you that perhaps your media player is not correct for the specified extension or perhaps you do not have the correct codec pack.
